Carrot soup with rice
Simple and quick healthy carrot soup with rice, which is especially loved by children.

- 3 cloves garlic
- 150 g rice
- 2 l water
- 1 pcs bay leaf
- 2 pcs New spice

Peel and finely chop the carrot, onion, and garlic.
2. Step
On a frying pan with a small amount of oil, fry the onion until golden, add chopped garlic and fry for a little longer.

Add the chopped carrot and sauté for a few minutes.

Add water, bay leaf, allspice, and salt. Simmer covered for about 15 minutes.

Then, if you want, you can blend the soup and add rice to it.
