Broccoli Soup with Cheese
This creamy velvety broccoli soup with cheese is ideal for lunches or dinners. Its preparation is quick and simple and it always tastes great!

- 1 A piece of Medium sized broccoli
- 1 A piece of small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1⁄2 l vegetable broth
- 200 g hard cheese
- 100 ml cooking cream
- 1 teaspoon oil
- salt
- black pepper
- 1 a piece carrot

1. Step
In a pan with oil, fry finely chopped onion and garlic until golden.
2. Step
Add the broccoli cut into smaller florets, carrot and pour over with vegetable broth. Cook for 10 minutes.
3. Step
Add grated cheese, cream and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Step
Blend the soup with a stick blender until smooth.
5. Step
Serve warm, garnish with broccoli and sprinkle with grated cheese.
