- 7 cans tomato
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 4 big onions
- sunflower oil
- 3 thumbs ginger
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon anise seed
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 1 tablespoon Coriander Seeds
- 1 tablespoon grains of selim
- 2 spoon curry powder
- bay leaves
- 11⁄2 spoon powder pepper
- 2 spoon salt

1. Step
Chop the garlic, ginger, and onion together in a food processor. Blend the natural spices together too.

Heat up oil in a pan. Put the garlic mixture in and fry until it turns golden. Then add tomato paste and pepper. Mix, then add the blended natural spices and fry for 10 minutes. Then add curry.

Fry for 5 more minutes, then add the canned tomatoes. Let it keep frying for about 25 minutes. Add salt, bay leaves and vegetables, such as peppers or spring onion, if desired.

Let simmer for 20 minutes on low heat. After cooling, store in any container and use when needed.
