Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten free all-purpose flour, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, dissolve yeast in the warm water. Allow the yeast to rest for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
Add apple cider vinegar, olive (or vegetable) oil, and egg to the yeast and water mixture, and stir to combine.
Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring continuously. Continue to mix until you've formed a sticky dough.
Cover the bowl and allow the dough to rise in a warm, draft-free area for approximately 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
Once the dough has risen, gently punch it down to release the air bubbles.
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Use wet hands to spread the dough into a circle, making sure to create a thicker edge for the crust.
Bake the pizza crust in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until it starts to turn golden. It is now ready to be topped with your favorite pizza toppings and baked for a few minutes more.
