- 4 Medium ripe bananas
- 80 g Fine oat flakes
- 35 g cocoa
- 1⁄2 kl baking soda
- 1⁄2 ts baking powder
- 40 g special fine flour
- 60 g brown sugar
- 100 ml oil

1. Step
Mash the bananas with a fork or blend them into a puree in a blender.
2. Step
In a separate container, mix the dry ingredients - oatmeal, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and sugar. Add to the blended bananas, pour in the oil, and stir well.
3. Step
Pour the mixture into a bread tin lined with baking paper and bake at 180 C for about 40 mins.
