Baked Pasta with Cheese and Cream

- 500 g Pasta (e.g. farfalle)
Sauce
- 200 g grated cheese
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 pcs cloves of garlic
- 1 pcs olive oil
- 1 pcs salt and pepper

1. Step
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, then sauté in olive oil in a frying pan.
2. Step
Add cream, half of the cheese, salt, and pepper to the onion. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
3. Step
Into a wiped baking dish, we put half of the pasta, pour over half of the sauce, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and then repeat the layers.
4. Step
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes, until the cheese melts and starts to bubble. Let it cool a little before serving.
