  • 200 gms of Flat Rice Noodles Added to
  • 2 Boneless Chicken Breasts, thinly sliced Added to
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten Added to
  • 1 Cup of Bean Sprouts Added to
  • 4 spring onions, sliced Added to
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced Added to
  • 12 Cup of Dry Roasted Peanuts, crushed Added to
  • 2 tbls of vegetable oil Added to
  • Lime Wedges, to garnish Added to

For the Pad Thai Sauce:

  • 4 tbls of fish sauce Added to
  • 2 tbls of sugar Added to
  • 2 tbls of Tamarind Paste Added to
  • 1 tablespoon of Sriracha Hot Sauce Added to

1. Step

Start by preparing the sauce. In a small bowl, mix the fish sauce, sugar, tamarind paste, and sriracha. Set aside.

2. Step

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions till they’re tender but still firm, then rinse and drain.

3. Step

Heat the oil in a wok or large pan, add the garlic and fry until golden brown. Then add the chicken breast slices and stir fry until they’re cooked through.

4. Step

Push everything to one side and pour the eggs into the wok. Allow it to set for a few seconds then scramble and mix into the chicken.

5. Step

Add the noodles and Pad Thai sauce to the wok, stirring well to ensure everything is well combined.

6. Step

Add the bean sprouts and spring onions, stir and cook for additional 2 minutes.

7. Step

Serve the Pad Thai into bowls, topped with crushed peanuts and accompanied with lime wedges for squeezing.
