- 500 g asparagus
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 pcs garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper

1. Step
First, clean the asparagus and cut it into smaller pieces. Also peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
2. Step
Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and garlic and fry until the onion is translucent. Then add the chopped asparagus and sauté it with the onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
3. Step
Add 1 liter of water, salt, and pepper to the pan with asparagus. Cover and let it cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
4. Step
After 15 minutes, add the cooking cream to the soup and mix well. Let it boil for a while longer.
5. Step
Blend the finished soup to a smooth consistency with an immersion blender.
