Zucchini Noodles with Shrimp and Avocado Sauce

Directions
To prepare the zucchini noodles with prawns and avocado sauce, first cut the zucchini into thin strips to form noodles.
Clean the shrimps and fry them in a pan with some olive oil.
For the avocado sauce, halve the avocados, remove the core and put the flesh into a blender. Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and puree everything well until a smooth sauce is formed.
Add the zucchini noodles to the pan with the shrimp and sauté briefly. Then add the avocado sauce and mix everything well.
