World's Best Classic Easy Egg Salad Sandwich
This egg salad sandwich recipe is simple, delicious, and filling. This savoury delight is made with hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, spring onion, lettuce leaves, salt, and pepper. A sumptuous option for breakfast or lunch that can be whipped up in a span of 30 minutes.

- 6 eggs
- 0.2 Cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard sauce
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 8 Lettuce leaves
- salt to taste
- Freshly ground Black Pepper to taste

Directions
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add eggs to the boiling water and cook them for about 12-14 minutes.
After the eggs are cooked, drain the hot water and fill the pot with cold water. Let the eggs cool down for a few minutes.
Once the eggs have cooled, peel them and add to a bowl. Mash them up using a fork.
Add the mayonnaise, mustard sauce, chopped spring onions, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the mashed eggs. Stir all of the ingredients together until they are well combined.
