Tuna salad with egg
A quick and tasty salad that you can prepare from tuna.

- 1 plechovka Tuna in oil
- 2 a piece boiled eggs
- 1 packing arugula
- 3 a piece Medium sized tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- lemon juice
- salt and black pepper to taste

1. Step
Hard boil the eggs, which takes about 10 minutes.
2. Step
Meanwhile, prepare the arugula on a large plate or bowl. I always wash it thoroughly and let it drain, because I don't like a wet salad.
3. Step
Wash and cut the tomatoes into pieces.
4. Step
Peel the eggs and cut into quarters.
5. Step
Drain the tuna and add to the tomatoes and eggs. I like to use tuna in oil because it has a richer flavor.

Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, season to taste and mix well. And it's done!
