- 6 potatoes

- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 4 cups water

Peel, cut, and wash the leeks, potatoes, and onion.

In a deep saucepan, heat some olive oil and sauté the leeks, potatoes, and onion. Add a pinch of salt.
