Tomato Soup with Rice
Traditional tomato soup with a touch of rice. Perfect for everyday lunch or dinner. Its preparation does not require many complicated steps, and the final result will surely delight fans of homemade cuisine.
Ingredients
Soup
- 6 Piece tomatoes
- 1 piece onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 spoon olive oil
- 11⁄2 liters vegetable stock cube
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Rice
- 1 glass rice
- 2 glasses water
- 1 pinch salt

Directions
Prepare the ingredients. Wash the tomatoes, onion and garlic. Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the tomatoes into quarters, chop the onion finely, and crush the garlic through a press.
Heat the olive oil in a pan, add onions and garlic. Fry until the onions are translucent.
Add tomatoes to the pan, fry for a few minutes until the tomatoes soften.
Add vegetable broth, season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes.
Boil water for rice, add salt and rice. Cook according to the instructions on the package.
Blend the soup until smooth.
Serve the soup with the addition of cooked rice.
