- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 tomato
- 2 lemons
- olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 chili pepper

1. Step
Season the flank steak with salt and pepper and grill over indirect heat with an unlit log underneath and covered with aluminium foil. Grill for 40 minutes on each side.
