Mayonnaise-Ketchup Sauce

  • 5 tablespoon mayonnaise Added to
  • 4 tablespoon tomato ketchup Added to
  • 1 tablespoon spring onion Added to
  • 1 spoon mustard Added to
  • 1 chili pepper Added to
  • 1 spoon ground black pepper Added to

1. Step

Rub the chicken breast with olive oil, paprika, ground ginger, rosemary, mustard, and salt.

2. Step

Cover with cling film and set aside for 15 minutes. Then, bake at 160°C for 15 minutes.

3. Step

Mix all the ingredients for the mayonnaise-ketchup sauce and set aside.

4. Step

Place the buns on the grill for two minutes.

5. Step

Spread cream cheese on the bun and place the baked chicken breast.

6. Step

Add the mayonnaise mixture, sprinkle parsley and top with the other half of the bun.

Serve and enjoy.

Sorry. Chicken sliders are a lunch or dinner item. They're not served for breakfast, as you have them listed in today's TASTElist. The only exception would be if you were in a hurry and grabbed leftovers, rather then preparing something.
