This chocolate cake is the best! Combined with chocolate frosting it is unsurpassed.
Ingredients
For the Corps:
- 200 g Plain flour
- 200 g confectionery sugar
- 100 g cocoa
- 1 packing baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 200 ml milk
- 200 ml Oils
- 4 pcs Eggs
For the topping:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 2 tablespoon milk

Directions
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt. This step is important to ensure that all the ingredients are evenly mixed and that the cake is perfectly tasty and soft.
Add milk and oil to dry ingredients, add eggs. Mix everything well.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking tin. Bake at 180 degrees for about 45-50 minutes.
While the crust is baking, prepare the topping. Melt the chocolate and butter together over steam, add the milk and mix everything together thoroughly. The frosting is easy to apply and has a beautiful shine.
Pour or just drizzle the warm glaze over the baked and cooled cake.
