  • 1 birdseye chilli Added to
  • 3 spring onion Added to
  • 200 g pad Thai rice noodles Added to
  • 12 Cup Thai basil leaves Added to
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil Added to

Sauce

  • 2 teaspoon light soy Added to
  • 1 teaspoon dark soy Added to
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce Added to
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce Added to
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar Added to

1. Step

Slice the meat, onions, garlic, and chilli. Mix all the sauce ingredients. Cook the noodles.

2. Step

Heat coconut oil and cook the meat for 4 minutes on high heat. Set aside.

3. Step

Cook the onion for a minute, add garlic for another minute, then add spring onions and chilli and cook for another minute. Add noodles and mix well. Finally add the sauce and meat.

4. Step

Mix in the basil leaves, serve and enjoy!
