Sweet potato pie
A great sweet potato or sweet potato pie, which I adore.

Dough:
- 120 g butter
- 1 mug Plain flour
- water as needed
Filling:
- 2 a piece Sweet Potatoes
- 2 a piece Eggs
- 120 g Cane sugar
- 1 mug milk
- 2 spoons coconut oil
- 2 spoons corn starch
- ground cinnamon
- ground nutmeg

1. Step
Peel and dice the sweet potatoes.
2. Step
Boil them in water to soften them.
3. Step
Meanwhile, prepare the dough. In a bowl, make a dough with flour, butter and a little water, adding as needed, and let it rest in the fridge for at least an hour.

Blend the cooked sweet potatoes with the milk, cornstarch, eggs, oil and spices.
5. Step
Roll out the dough and put it in a baking tin that you have previously greased with butter. Do not forget to prick the dough with a fork.

Spread the sweet potato mixture on the dough and bake the cake in the oven at 180 °C for about 30-40 minutes.
