Cook the tomatoes until their skin separates. Blend the cooked tomatoes with the onion, garlic, chillies, coriander, and water into a smooth paste. Set aside.

Put the oil in a hot pan, and fry the tomato paste for 5 minutes on medium heat. Salt according to taste, and add black pepper powder. Fry for 4 more minutes. Let cool, and enjoy!
