- 6 a piece large eggs
- 180 g sugar
- 150 g Plain flour
- 30 g Cocoa powder
- 5 tablespoon oil
- lemon juice

1. Step
Separate the eggs into whites and yolks. Whip the yolks with half of the sugar until they lighten.
2. Step
Whip the egg whites with lemon juice until stiff, gradually add the remaining sugar and whip until stiff peaks form.
3. Step
Into the yolk mixture, mix in the sifted flour combined with cocoa and oil.
4. Step
Finally, gently fold in the egg whites.
5. Step
Line the cake form with baking paper, pour in the batter, which is baked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
