Spinach Cream Thermomix
I really enjoy preparing and consuming creamed spinach with Thermomix. It is a recipe full of nutrients and quite quick to make. The flavor is quite pleasant and can be adapted to the particular tastes of each person. Get ready to enjoy a delicious and very healthy cream.
Ingredients
- 500 gr of fresh spinach
- 2 medium sized potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 liter of vegetable stock
- 50 gr of olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- A little nutmeg
- Milk cream for garnish (optional)

Directions
Wash the spinach well and set aside. Don't worry if it looks like a lot of spinach, remember that it reduces in size as it cooks.
Peel the potatoes and onion, and cut into small pieces. It is important that they are of similar size so that they cook at the same time.
In the Thermomix, add the garlic and onion with the olive oil and program 5 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 1.
Then add the potatoes and program 3 more minutes, same temperature and speed.
Now add the spinach, the liter of vegetable stock, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Program 25 minutes, 100º, speed 1. I recommend tasting after 20 minutes to check the cooking and taste.
When finished, wait for it to cool a little and then blend for 1 minute at progressive speed 5-10. If you want it more liquid, you can add more broth before blending.
Serve hot and, if desired, add a little milk cream to decorate the center of the dish. It will create a delicious contrast of flavors.
