- 1 kg pumpkin
- 150 g onion
- 20 g garlic
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 200 ml cream
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground clove
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg

- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1. Step
Preheat oven to 200 C. Chop the pumpkin and put in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with 2 tbsp oil and bake for 30 minutes.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a saucepan. Add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes. Add sliced garlic and saute for a minute. Add the pumpkin, broth, salt, peppers, nutmeg, and clove. Cook for 15 minutes. Add cream and honey, bring to a boil, then take off the heat.
