Spaghetti with minced meat
Recipe for traditional Italian spaghetti bolognese with minced meat.
Ingredients
- 400 g spaghetti
- 300 g ground beef
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 400 g Tomato puree
- 2 tablespoon Oils
- salt
- ground black pepper
- basil
- Parmesan cheese for sprinkling

Directions
First, prepare all the necessary ingredients. Salt the minced meat to taste. Chop the onion and garlic finely.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the chopped onion and garlic cloves. Fry them until the onions are glazed.
Add the meat and sear it on all sides. Be careful not to overcook it, otherwise it will lose its juiciness.
Add tomato puree and basil to taste. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for at least 20 minutes until the sauce thickens nicely. If necessary, add a little water.
Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
Serve the finished spaghetti with meat sauce and sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese or garnished with fresh basil leaves.
