Slow Roasted Pork Shoulder

This recipe is one of the most traditional methods of preparing pork meat. Slow roasting in the oven gives the meat the chance to become tender and juicy, enriching it with great and spicy flavors. The meat is best consumed with sauce, mashed potatoes or grilled vegetables. If you like to experiment with tastes, add other spices to the meat marinade according to your liking.
