Simple Homemade Fresh Ginger Juice Detox Drink

Ingredients
- 200 gms Fresh Ginger Root
- 3 cups cold water
- 2 tbls Honey or Sweetener of Choice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Thoroughly wash and peel the ginger root. Use a fine grater or blender to grate or blend the ginger.
In a large bowl, place a clean cheesecloth or fine mesh strainer and pour the grated or blended ginger. Squeeze or press to extract as much juice as possible. Discard the pulp.
Pour the extracted ginger juice into a large jug. Add the cold water, sweetener, and lemon juice. Stir well until the sweetener is completely dissolved.
Taste and adjust the sweetness or tartness if needed. For a stronger ginger flavor, you can add more grated ginger.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours or serve immediately over ice. Enjoy this refreshing and revitalizing ginger juice!
