- 2 tbls sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 Cup non-dairy milk (such as almond soy)
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Step
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl mix together the non-dairy milk, oil, and vanilla extract.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Slick and preheat a pan or griddle over medium heat.

Using a 1/4 cup, pour the batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Repeat with the remaining batter.
