Simple Cottage Cheese Cakes
You might know Moravian cakes. They are indeed tasty, but quite time-consuming to prepare and at the same time caloric. If you crave them and want to prepare them quickly, simply and healthier, but still very delicious, here is a recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 pcs egg
- 125 g soft curd cheese
- 200 g Smooth spelt flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 packages vanilla sugar
Filling
- 150 g lumpy curd cheese
- 25 g soft curd cheese
- 1⁄2 packages vanilla sugar
- cherry jam

Directions
Knead the dough ingredients by hand. Roll out the resulting dough on a floured board, approximately to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Cut out circles (I used a 0.7dl glass and got 12 circles). Place the circles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Mix the cottage cheese on the filling and sweeten. Spoon the filling onto the prepared dough. Put a spoonful of jam on top of each cake. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
