Shortbread Biscuit
A delicious and crumbly biscuit that melts in your mouth. Perfect for tea time or as a snack.
Ingredients
- 200 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 300 g flour

Directions
Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Beat the butter and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
Slowly add the flour to the butter mixture, mixing continuously until a dough forms.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to around 1cm thickness.
Cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter and place them on the prepared baking tray.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
