Sheet Cake Brownies
A delicious chocolate delight that has a great texture both inside and out. These brownies are simpler to make, but taste just as delicious as the more traditional varieties. They are perfect for parties, picnics, or just for snacking.
Ingredients
- 200 g bittersweet chocolate
- 200 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 pcs Eggs
- 1 TL vanilla essence
- 140 g flour
- 1 TL baking soda
- 30 g Cocoa powder

Directions
Step 1: For the sheet cake brownies recipe, first mix all the ingredients except the chocolate into a batter.
Step 2: Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and fold into the batter.
Step 3: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan and line a tray with baking paper.
Step 4: Pour the brownie batter onto the baking sheet and smooth out.
Step 5: Bake the sheet cake brownies at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Do the toothpick test.
Step 6: Cut the finished brownies cake into square pieces and serve warm at the coffee table.
