Wash and cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
2. Step
Heat the pan over medium heat, add butter and wait until it melts.
3. Step
On a heated pan, spread the cut tomatoes and fry for a few minutes until they soften.

In the meantime, beat the eggs, add salt and pepper and mix well.
5. Step
When the tomatoes soften, pour the eggs into the pan and stir quickly until the eggs start to curdle.

Serve scrambled eggs on toasted slices of bread.
