Salad with broccoli and feta
This salad with broccoli and feta is one of my favorite simple but tasty meals. It always surprises with its freshness and flavor. Its secret is the combination of firm broccoli with soft tomatoes and juicy feta cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 pcs Large broccoli
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 pcs medium onion
- 200 g Feta cheese
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper

Directions
Start by washing and dividing the broccoli into florets. This is a key moment - the broccoli must be fresh and crispy.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Small tomatoes are ideal for this salad, as they have a more intense flavor and are juicy.
Cut the onion into small cubes.
Cut feta cheese into small pieces. The feta will give the salad a unique, slightly salty taste and a creamy texture.
Then put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. I recommend using a large, wide bowl instead of a deep one to make it easier to mix everything.
Finally, pour olive oil over the salad, salt and pepper to taste. The olive oil should be of good quality, as it adds depth to the salad.
Mix everything together and the salad is ready to serve. Enjoy eating it!
