Raspberry Valentine's Muffins
A cup recipe for Valentine's muffins filled with fresh raspberries.

- 1 mug crystal sugar
- 2 mugs self-rising flour
- 2 ts baking soda
- 2 pcs egg
- 1⁄4 mug melted butter
- 1 mug buttermilk
- 1⁄4 mug sunflower oil
- 11⁄2 mug fresh raspberries
- 1⁄2 ts salt
- 1 ts vanilla

- 1⁄3 mug crystal sugar
- 2⁄3 mug self-rising flour
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 0.125 ts salt
- 1⁄4 ts ground ginger

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 200°C and prepare a bowl for the dry ingredients. In it, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Step
In a second bowl, we mix the liquid ingredients: butter, eggs, sour cream, oil. We also add vanilla to this mixture.
3. Step
Pour the liquid mixture into the dry one and stir with a spoon until both mixtures are combined. Carefully stir in the raspberries so that they still hold their shape.
4. Step
Line the muffin tin with paper cups, which we fill to the brim with the prepared batter.
5. Step
Prepare the topping by hand mixing all the ingredients. With a soup spoon, scoop the mixture and place it on top of each muffin. Put it in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
