Raclette-Pizza
This delicious and simple Raclette-Pizza brings a new twist to the traditional Raclette. With the classic ingredients sliced and laid on a crispy pizza base, this pizza will surely be a hit at your next dinner.

- 500 g pizza dough

- 200 g Raclette cheese
- 200 g Potatoes
- 100 g ham
- 2 Piece Red onions
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Pinch salt and pepper

Directions
To prepare the raclette pizza, preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
Roll out the pizza dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Peel and slice the potatoes and red onions thinly.
Lay the potato slices and onion rings on the dough.
Add the ham and sprinkle the raclette cheese over it.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and turned golden brown.
Let the Raclette pizza rest for 5 minutes before serving.
