Quick Protein Scramble with Apple and Pear
Craving something sweet, nutritious, and healthy? This scramble requires only a few ingredients, a moment of your time, and you can savor the taste.
Ingredients
- 1 pcs egg
- 1 tablespoon self-rising flour
- 1 tablespoon protein pudding powder / vanilla
- 1 tablespoon white yogurt
- 1⁄2 apple
- 1⁄2 pear

Directions
Mix all the ingredients together. Pour the resulting dough onto a heated pan. Fry it from one side, 'tear up' the pancake and fry the pieces from both sides. Move the prepared torn pancake onto a plate.
Cut an apple and a half pear into smaller pieces and put them into a pot. Pour in some water, sweetener - I used date syrup, ground cinnamon, and cook until soft. If necessary, we pour over more water. Place the softened fruit on a pieces of torn bread. Add curd or yogurt and drizzle with peanut butter. We can add dried raisins and nuts.
