Fruit topping
- 1 list sweet shortcrust pastry
- 4 diced apples
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 2 tablespoon semolina sugar
- 50 g melted butter
- 1 orange zest and juice
Crumble
- 100 g melted butter
- 50 g raw granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 Cup oat flakes
- 1⁄2 Cup Shredded coconut
- pinch salt

Directions
Preheat your oven to 170 °C and line a 20 x 30cm slice tin. Then, place in the pastry to cover the bottom and part of the sides of the baking pan. Brush the pastry with a little melted butter.

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the apple, sugar, butter, orange zest, orange juice, and cornflour. Mix well and heat until the mixture thickens.
