Quick and tasty oven-baked S'mores

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 Cup unsalted butter
- 2⁄3 Cup light brown sugar
- 1⁄2 Cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 11⁄4 cups graham cracker crumb
- 350 g whole graham crackers
- 21⁄2 cups chocolate chips or chunks
- 6 cups mini marshmallows

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the brown sugar, milk, and vanilla, and whisk. Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in the graham cracker crumbs until you get a smooth paste.

Create a single layer of the Graham Crackers to cover the bottom of a lined pan with parchment paper. Spoon a third of the graham cracker paste over the crumb layer.

Sprinkle a third of the marshmallows on top, followed by a third of the chocolate chips. Repeat the process making three layers. Pop the pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes until those marshmallows are nicely browned on top.
