Potatoes with Sour Cabbage
A traditional dish that is especially popular during the winter months.

- 500 g Potatoes
- 500 g sour cabbage
- 2 pcs sausage
Spices and oil
- 2 ts salt
- 1 ts black pepper
- 2 tablespoon oil

1. Step
Peel the potatoes and cook in salted water. After cooking, drain them.
2. Step
Put the sauerkraut into a pot, add water and cook until it's soft.
3. Step
Slice the sausage into wheels and fry in a pan with oil until well browned.
4. Step
In a pot, mix potatoes, sauerkraut, and sausage. Add salt and pepper to taste and stir thoroughly.
5. Step
Serve warm. Bon appetit!
