- 2 pcs Sweet Potatoes
- 2 spoons olive oil
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- 2 spoons lemon juice
- Bread for serving

1. Step
Clean the sweet potatoes and cut into equal cubes. This is important so that the potatoes cook evenly and don't have different consistencies. Place the potatoes in a pot of water and boil them until they are completely soft. This can take about 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the cubes.
2. Step
Mix the cooked potatoes in a blender with olive oil, a clove of crushed garlic, ground paprika, salt and pepper. Then add the lemon juice. If you don't have a blender, you can also use an immersion blender or puree the potatoes.
