Pork roulade with dried tomatoes

Tasty pork roulade filled with the exceptional combination of dried tomatoes, mozzarella and green pesto, sprinkled with fresh herbs.

  • 600 g Turkey thigh Added to
  • 100 g dried tomatoes Added to
  • 200 g mozzarella Added to
  • 2 tablespoon green pesto Added to
  • 2 cloves garlic Added to
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil Added to
  • 1 teaspoon salt Added to
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper Added to

1. Step

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Rinse the turkey thigh, dry it, and cut it into thin slices. Spread green pesto on each slice.

2. Step

Cut the sundried tomatoes into smaller pieces and the mozzarella into thin slices. Put the tomatoes and mozzarella on the turkey slices.

3. Step

Roll up the slices and tie them with kitchen string. Broil the rolled-up turkey slices in a pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil and cloves of garlic.

4. Step

Salt and pepper. Put the roasted rolls in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.

5. Step

Sprinkle the roulade with fresh herbs before serving.
