Plum muffins
The fresh plums in the muffins are wonderfully juicy and in combination with the delicate dough give the muffins a great sweet and sour taste.

- 200 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 2 a piece Eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 12 a piece Plums

1. Step
First prepare the dough. Place the butter and sugar in a bowl and beat until smooth.
2. Step
Add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat well again.
3. Step
Slowly add sifted flour mixed with baking powder and salt. Stir in the dough gently so as not to force out the air.
4. Step
Cut each plum in half and remove the stone.
5. Step
Divide the batter into muffin tins, only halfway. Place half a plum on each muffin and press it slightly into the batter.
6. Step
Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
