Perfect Homemade Classic Vegan Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
For the Dough:
- 1 Cup lukewarm oat milk
- 1⁄2 Cup crystal sugar
- 0.3 Cup melted vegan butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
For the Filling:
- 1⁄2 Cup crystal sugar
- 11⁄2 tbls ground cinnamon
- 3 tbls melted vegan butter
For the Frosting:
- 1⁄2 Cup vegan cream cheese
- 1⁄2 Cup confectionery sugar
- 21⁄2 tbls oat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
Start by combining the yeast and warm oat milk in a large bowl. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
Add the sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract into the yeast mixture. Stir well.
Slowly add the flour into the mixture. Mix until you form a soft dough.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean cloth, and let it rise for 1-1.5 hours. The dough should double in size.
In a separate bowl, prepare the filling by mixing the sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface. Brush the surface with the filling mixture.
Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 10 equally sized pieces.
Place the cut rolls on a greased baking pan and cover it for about 30 minutes to let them rise again.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
In the meantime, prepare the frosting by mixing the vegan cream cheese, powdered sugar, oat milk, and vanilla extract.
