- 1 cup special fine flour
- 1 pcs grated cheese

1. Step
Grate the courgettes finely. To the grated courgettes add beaten eggs, plain flour, grated cheese, salt and black pepper. Mix everything well.
2. Step
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. With a spoon, take the dough and put it on the pan. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.

We lay baked pancakes on a paper towel to drain off the fat.
4. Step
We serve the zucchini pancakes while they're still warm. They're great with, for example, a yogurt dressing or sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
