Pasta with zucchini and spinach

- 2 pcs Courgettes
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
2. Step
Cut the zucchini into thin slices and crush the garlic.
3. Step
Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized frying pan. Add the garlic and fry until golden brown.

Then add the zucchini and fry until soft.

Drain the pasta, add it to the pan and stir.

Finally, add the spinach, season with salt and pepper and toss everything together until the spinach is soft.
