Pasta with pomodoro sauce
Pasta with pomodoro sauce is one of my favorite dishes. I like to cook them for dinner because they only take 30 minutes to prepare.

- 400 g pasta
- 400 g Canned tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 a piece onion
- 1 kl sugar
- olive oil
- Salt and black pepper

1. Step
In a saucepan, cook pasta according to package directions. I always recommend adding a little salt to the boiling water.
2. Step
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the chopped onion and garlic. Fry everything together.
3. Step
I pop the tomatoes while they are still in the can with a spoon. I always get a better sauce consistency this way.
4. Step
Then add the canned tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper to the pan. Simmer the sauce for about 10-15 minutes.
5. Step
Finally, stir the pasta into the sauce, mix everything together and serve immediately. Pasta is always best hot.
