Pasta with meatballs
Recipe for perfect Italian pasta with meatballs.

- 500 g Minced beef
- 1 pcs egg
- 100 g Breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon Salts
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 spoon butter
- 1 pcs onion
- 400 g pasta
- 500 g Tomato puree
- basil
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

1. Step
First, prepare the meatballs, as these need to rest for a bit. Add the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, crushed garlic, salt and pepper to a bowl. Mix everything nicely and form meatballs.
2. Step
Melt the butter in a pan and add the meatballs. Fry them on all sides until golden brown, then set them aside.
3. Step
In the same pan, fry the chopped onion.
4. Step
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package - al dente.
5. Step
Add the tomato puree to the onion and let it simmer. Then add the meatballs and let them simmer for about 10 more minutes.
6. Step
Toss pasta with meatballs and sauce and serve topped with basil and parmesan cheese.
