Pasta with Ground Meat

Pasta
- 500 g Spaghetti pasta
Meat sauce
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 glass tomato passata
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 piece onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper

1. Step
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
2. Step
While cooking pasta, on a pan, fry onion and garlic prepared for the sauce.
3. Step
When the onion and garlic turn golden, add the ground meat to them. Fry until the meat is well browned.
4. Step
Add the tomato passata, salt, pepper, and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.

When the sauce is ready, add the cooked pasta and mix well.

Serve hot, sprinkled with grated parmesan or other hard cheese.
