Pasta with broccoli and ham
A quick and tasty pasta with broccoli and ham that's perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 350 grams pasta
- 1 a piece broccoli
- 200 grams Hams
- olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt and black pepper
- Parmesan cheese for sprinkling (optional)

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. It is always good to cook them \al dente\ so that they are still a little hard. The water in which the pasta has been cooked does not have to be poured off completely, it can be used to harden the sauce.
Divide the broccoli into florets and place in a bowl with a little water. Microwave it on maximum power for two minutes - this method will ensure the broccoli stays beautifully green and crisp.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the finely chopped garlic and sauté briefly.
Add the sliced ham and let roast for a few minutes to get the ham nicely browned and flavorful.
Add the already cooked pasta and broccoli to the ham and mix everything together. If the pasta seems too dry, we can add a little pasta water.
Season the pasta with salt and pepper to taste and let it simmer for about 2 minutes.
