Oven Roasted Garlic Cremini Mushrooms

- 1 lb cremini mushrooms
- 2 tbls olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Fresh parsley, for garnish

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Clean the cremini mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth or rinsing them briefly, then patting dry.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Add the cremini mushrooms to the bowl and toss them gently until they are evenly coated with the seasoned oil.
Arrange the mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet, making sure they are not overcrowded.
Place the sheet in the preheated oven and roast the mushrooms for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and slightly crispy.
Remove mushrooms from the oven and transfer them to a serving plate. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve them hot.
