- 2 potato
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper

Peel and cut the potato, onion and carrot into thin slices. Chop the garlic and cut the peppers into rather large cubes. Put everything on a baking tray and spread it over the entire surface.
