- 900 g boneless chicken thighs
- 250 g bulb onion
- 350 g carrot
- 3 Stems celery
- 100 g peas
- 100 g green beans
- 4 cloves garlic
- 50 g butter
- 2 tablespoon self-rising flour
- 4 cups chicken broth water
- 500 g potato
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
- 3 sprigs thyme
- 1 leaf bay
- 2 tablespoon Chopped parsley
- 11⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

1. Step
Slice up the onion, celery, carrots, and potatoes. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan and add the chicken. Keep there for 3-4 minutes on high heat. Then remove into a bowl.
